Biography

Ahmad Jammal is an internationally experienced civil engineer and architect with extensive project management expertise across North America and the Middle East. He holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and Architecture from the University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Science in the same disciplines from the University of Colorado. Ahmad is a registered engineer in both the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates and is a member of the Order of Engineers and Architects in Lebanon.

Ahmad’s international career spans major construction projects in Canada and the Gulf region. In Canada, he held senior project manager positions with reputable construction companies including Van Bots Construction Corporation and Ellis Don Corporation. In 2005, he served as Project Director at Ellis Don, overseeing the prestigious Golden Mile project on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. His Gulf region experience continued with Oger Abu Dhabi Ltd. in 2009 as Head of Operations for the Sowwah Island project, followed by his role as Area Manager and Senior Program Director at Saudi Oger Ltd. from 2012, where he managed multiple high-scale infrastructure and building projects.

Throughout his career in the Gulf region, Ahmad has provided technical expertise to numerous construction and development companies, focusing on construction project management, dispute avoidance and risk management, and providing expert services in support of construction litigation. His practice areas include serving as a construction expert with focus on regional construction standards, regulations, and delivery models in the Middle East. Ahmad is fluent in English and Arabic, enabling him to effectively operate across diverse international construction environments.
